Last month, it was reported that Nollywood actress Funke Akindele and singer Abdul Rasheed Bello popularly known as JJC were dating and in a hot, sizzling romance. Now reports are in that the alleged couple are engaged!
According to ExpressNG, JJC popped the big question to the actress on the set of her new TV comedy drama, Jenifa’s Diary in Lekki and she said yes. Funke, who has been single since she separated from her ex-husband Kehinde Almaroof in 2013, is reported to have kept the relationship away from the public eye because her marriage ended under very controversial circumstances.
Their alleged romance became public when they called each other pet names on Instagram some weeks ago.
JJC, who is known for his hit song We are Africa, is a single father of three children aged 18, 15 and 10 from three different women.
