Mayweather drops $3.5m for yet-to-be released 2017 Bugatti

Floyd Mayweather’s life on the fast lane has taken a futuristic tone following reports that the retired boxer is splashing out a whopping $3.5 mil on a brand new Bugatti that hasn’t even been released yet.

The other time Money splurged on a super car, it was the Koenigsegg CCXR limited edition which cost a staggering $4.8m…and that was just 7 months ago.

TMZ reports that Mayweather wants to upgrade his Bugatti collection and had to sell one of his older Bugattis to make space for a 2017 Bugatti Chiron.

Money’s old Bugatti was reportedly spotted outside of a luxury hotel in Scottsdale, AZ — along with his Nigerian-born car dealer Obi Okeke from DoctorBugatti.com — where it was being loaded up into a shipping truck to be delivered to the buyer.

Mayweather will take delivery of his new automobile in the spring, when it’s officially released, but insiders claim it’s a Killer – an 8.0-liter W-16 engine with 4 turbos to make 1500 hp and an estimated top speed of 288 mph.

With speed and power like that, it will be hard to stop Money.
