The doyen of Nigerian comedy, Alibaba is set to hold the second series of his January 1st concert and it definitely should be a cracker.

It is going to be funny and highly entertaining as 12 of the biggest Nigerian comedians would talk about the events that got people talking in 2015 and provide a satirical angle to these occurrences.The show is produced by the legendary Bunmi Davies.
This is another master in his own right. He has produced the most consistent quality comedy show in Nigeria thus far -‘Stand Up Nigeria’.There is hardly any doubt that this show is not going to be a masterpiece. Why again would anyone want to miss such?
With music from the legendary 2Face Idibia, Iyanya, Ice Prince, M.I, Wande Coal, Patoranking and comedy from Basorge, Gbenga Adeyinka the 1st, Tee A, Chigurl, and a host of others, it promises to be an entertaining show.
Alse, a major highlight you don’t want to miss is the the Alibaba Spontaneity competition.
This competition is going to see 12 contestants who have jostled four times in 2015 to show their innate ability to make audiences laugh spontaneously.
The eventual winner would go home with a brand new car, a contract that will see him draw a monthly salary in 2016 and a chance to intern with any comedian of his choosing.
